The Home Visiting Reflective Articles and Newsletters are penned by the CDD/ECLN Home Visiting Consultant Team. The articles and newsletters are research-based and cover topics on specific issues related to the work of Home Visiting. They are designed to be used by Home Visiting Supervisors and/or Program Managers to share with Home Visitors as a starting point for discussion and learning integration to improve their practice and increase the internal capacity of the Home Visiting programs.
Articles/newsletters can be used in a variety of ways:
- Share with Home Visitors and discuss during program staff meetings
- Refer to during individual reflective supervision to explore the practice of concepts
(Note: “talking points” and “ideas to try” in each article/newsletter) - Compilation of a resource notebook of topics related to Home Visiting
