FIT - IDA: Infant-Toddler Developmental Assessment (David Case Study)
Introduction to the Infant-Toddler Developmental Assessment (IDA)
This training is for early intervention professionals in the use of the Infant-Toddler Developmental Assessment (IDA), which must be completed for any evaluation of a child over the age of 1 month (adjusted). The online portion of the training covers all phases of the IDA process and includes a case study that course participants begin to score during the online training, and then complete on their own and submit for review.
Important Note: The IDA is a complex process that takes time and practice to learn and understand, so participants need more support than an online course can offer. In an effort to provide the most tailored and appropriate support possible, general information regarding your performance on the course's required assignment will be shared with your agency's IDA Lead. Thank you for participating in this course!
9.5 CEUs are available for OT, SLP, and Counseling/Therapy; 0.95 CEUs are available for PT
