Developmental Disabilities Waiver (DD) - Allocation of Services (English)
Once a person or guardian applies for the DD Waiver, they are placed in the Central Registry. Once documentation is received to determine they meet criteria, then they are placed on the waiting list. When a spot becomes available, the person or guardian will receive a letter called the Primary Freedom of Choice (PFOC). Once this is received, a decision must be made to choose either Mi Via or Traditional DD Waiver services.
