Networking and Leadership Development

NMTA is a program for graduates of the College of Employment Services to deepen their public speaking and presentation skills through a 6-month mentorship program with PFE. In the 6-month period, Associates develop a professional presentation and then present it at PFE’s annual Reaching New Heights in Supported Employment conference.

Applications for the 2024-2025 NMTA program are being accepted through September 30. View the NMTA syllabus and application.
