Preschool: Preparing and Understanding Behavior Needs

This training will cover the four functions of behavior and different methods to collect antecedent-   behavior-consequence (ABC) data.  It will also address the use of visual supports and other proactive strategies to implement in the classroom setting.

Data Collection for Busy Classrooms

This training will address the reasons for collecting data in the classroom and will discuss different methods of data collection. The participant will learn how to identify what type of data to collect and how that data will be used to make instructional decisions.

Functional Behavior Assessment

This training will discuss the underlying principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and their application in the FBA process.  The participant will be introduced to the four functions of behavior and their maintaining consequences, as well as the desired outcomes of a functional behavior assessment.

Behavior Intervention Planning for Educators

This training will discuss the underlying principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and their application in the BIP process.  Function-based behavioral intervention planning and the desired outcomes of a well-written behavior intervention plan will also be covered in this training.
